Our Regular Activities
BIBLE STUDY
Because we believe, as Christians, that the Bible is our FINAL AUTHORITY, concerning what we are to believe and how we are to live, we want to be regularly exposing ourselves to its content and message each week.
The Sermon: At our Worship Gatherings, on Sundays, the sermon declares God's message to us through the preacher.
The Bible Exploration-group meets Monday evenings at 40 Yacca Rd Seacliff from 7.30 to 9 pm. It is often a verse-by-verse look at a Bible book although various topics are explored, from time to time. At this meeting, everyone present is encouraged to ask questions, contribute to the discussion with personal insights and generally participate in the "exploration" of the part of the Bible being examined to the extent to which they feel comfortable.
CAFE CHURCH
On the first Sunday night of each month the congregation gathers over a light meal in the hall for a time of fellowship and teaching from 6 till 8 pm.
CRAFT GROUP
There is a craft group to which members of the congregation and surrounding community are invited. They meet on the first Wednesday evening of each month to pursue various projects and enjoy good fellowship.
LADIES FELLOWSHIP
A monthly ladies fellowship meeting is held usually on the third Friday morning of the month.
Its aim is to promote fellowship among the ladies of the congregation and promote the work of world missions by prayer and financial contributions.
